Overview

Faegre Drinker finance and restructuring attorneys work to find creative and cost-effective solutions with strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters. We help lenders and borrowers negotiate and structure credit arrangements, and we document and facilitate the successful launch of cash flow and secured credit facilities, including those secured by unusual assets. Clients also turn to us when they are experiencing financial troubles or their borrowers, customers, or counterparties go into financial distress. We provide an integrated approach to bankruptcy proceedings, commercial workouts, refinancings, and other out-of-court debt restructurings. We also represent investors and indenture trustees in restructuring bond indebtedness both in and out of Chapter 11 proceedings, and provide counsel to investors, servicers, and other transaction parties in connection with defaulted securitization and corporate trust transactions.
