Overview
Crystal Thorpe collaborates with clients to plan and execute on real estate transactions, with a particular focus on affordable housing developments, tax credit projects, and real estate finance. Crystal represents both lenders and borrowers, nonprofit and for-profit developers, governmental entities, and investors.
As a former tax consultant, Crystal brings exceptional organizational, managerial and analytical skills to the lifecycle of a transaction.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Crystal worked as a director at a big four accounting firm, advising multinational corporations on international and domestic on tax matters — from planning to compliance to audit prevention and assistance.
