The listing of certifications, awards, recognitions or other achievements may constitute attorney advertising regulated by one or more state bars or other bar or governmental organizations. No aspect of such listing has been approved by the Supreme Court or any other court, or any other governmental organization, of the United States or any U.S. state, or any non-U.S. government. The supreme courts of certain U.S. states do not recognize certifications of specialties in the practice of law and a certificate, award or recognition of a specialty is not a requirement to practice law in any U.S. state.
