Overview
As a Finance & Restructuring Partner, Breia Schleuss represents commercial and investment banks, other financial institutions and companies in connection with widely syndicated, club and single-bank loan transactions, including asset-based credit facilities, acquisition finance, real estate financings, supply chain financings, senior and mezzanine debt financings, other complex debt facilities, and the restructuring of underperforming loans. Breia co-chairs Faegre Drinker's Food and Agribusiness Industry Team, which is comprised of more than 250 lawyers and consultants across practices and offices. Breia also leads the firm’s food and agribusiness finance practice and was named a Top Woman in Finance by Finance & Commerce and Top 40 Under 40 by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Breia served as President of Minnesota Women Lawyers (FY 2020-21) and previously served on the Business, Finance and Advisory Committee of WomenVenture, a small business lender, and on the Board of Directors of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations.
