ISDA Masterclass: Derivatives Documentation

Investment management partner Ilene Froom co-led multiple modules at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) “ISDA Masterclass: Derivatives Documentation” conference. 

The comprehensive two-day course introduced participants to the key uses and risks of derivatives and provided an in-depth review of the foundational documents related to derivatives transactions. The modules also covered topics including the ISDA Master Agreement, close-out netting, and recent document-related developments emerging in derivatives.
