Corporate Restructuring

With extensive experience in all stages of complex restructuring transactions, Mike is a trusted advisor to clients facing in-court and out-of-court reorganizations, capital restructurings, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has handled numerous cases in the manufacturing, financial services, real estate, senior living care and retail industries.

Troubled companies and their boards often turn to Mike when nearing the “zone of insolvency.” He represents debtors, trustees, receivers, committees, borrowers, lenders, creditors, investors, sellers and purchasers.
