Overview

Mike Stewart represents lenders, investors, purchasers and contract counterparties in restructuring and insolvency matters, and in all aspects of structuring, documenting and collecting secured loans.

Bankruptcy and Restructuring

Mike has represented secured and unsecured creditors' interests in major chapter 11 bankruptcy cases across the country.

Mike's experience in commercial transactions, non-bankruptcy work-outs, and general representation of banks and other secured creditors provide him valuable knowledge and insight in dealing with myriad issues in commercial finance and in corporate reorganizations. He has extensive experience in agribusiness lending and workouts.
