Overview

Alison Bure advises lenders and borrowers across the country in connection with complex debt financings and other commercial finance transactions. She has led deals involving credit facilities ranging from hundreds of thousands to billions of dollars.

Commercial Finance Transactions

Alison represents commercial and investment banks, other financial institutions, and companies in syndicated, club and single-bank loan transactions, including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, mezzanine debt financings, securitizations, private equity lending, and loan and portfolio sale transactions. Alison also advises clients in connection with corporate trust transactions as well as restructuring matters.

Indian Tribal Finance & Gaming

Alison counsels lenders, tribes and tribal entities nationwide in Indian tribal finance, including gaming finance.
