Trevor regularly represents Fortune 500 buyers in M&A transactions, as well as private company sellers in middle-market M&A transactions.
Finance
Trevor advises high-growth clients in private placements and venture capital and private equity investments. He has formed a number of venture capital funds.
Entrepreneurial Pursuits
Trevor brings to his legal practice experience garnered from a number of entrepreneurial endeavors. He co-founded a university-based startup, started and managed a local small business, and co-founded a nonprofit organization and affiliated foundation.
