Our front-end lending practice represents leading banks, non-bank lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt and related transactions. We have experience in many industries with unique legal requirements, including agricultural, tribal and health care finance, with transactions ranging from bilateral loans involving a single bank and borrower to multinational syndicated credit arrangements with multiple layers of debt. Our experience includes asset-based credit facilities, real estate loans, cash-flow financings and asset securitizations, among other transactions.
