Through her fervent work ethic and practical approach to issues, Jordan Ortmeier strives to provide superb client service in a variety of corporate finance and transactional matters.
Corporate Finance Transactions
Working with borrowers and lenders of all sizes, Jordan counsels on syndicated and bilateral transactions, asset based and cash flow facilities, acquisition financing and mezzanine transactions. Jordan assists in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, facilitates deal closing logistics and performs comprehensive due diligence.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Jordan served as an associate at a law firm in Minneapolis counseling financial institutions on construction lending transactions and 1031 exchanges, performing title, survey, and environmental review for property acquisitions, and development. She also assisted clients providing consumer-facing financial products, advising on regulatory requirements including usury laws, finance charges, nonsufficient fund (NSF) fees, reporting, consumer disclosures, and applicable state licensing and registration requirements.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, running, playing cribbage and traveling to see her friends around the country.
