Overview

Dina Awshah supports financial institutions, corporations, and other lenders and borrowers in finance and restructuring matters, including in connection with asset-based lending, syndicated and club credit facilities, and other debt financings. She counsels these entities in secured and unsecured transactions, primarily in the agribusiness and real estate industries, among others.

Previous Experience

While in law school, Dina held legal internships with Macmillan Publishers, Palestine Legal and Muslim Advocates. Her work included analyzing case documents, researching and drafting legal and factual memoranda, and evaluating contracts to prepare for settlement negotiations in class action lawsuits.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Dina enjoys reading, watching and playing soccer, and traditional Palestinian embroidery.
