Edan Shertzer leads clients through a variety of commercial lending transactions, including syndicated loan facilities, asset-based financings, and restructuring and debtor-in-possession facilities. Edan also represents tribes and lenders in Indian tribal financing matters, including bank loans and bond offerings in support of gaming operations.

Before joining the firm, Edan was an associate at a New York-based law firm, where he handled bank finance, corporate restructuring and acquisition finance transactions across a range of business sectors.
