Tactile Systems Technology Inc. completed a $55 million refinancing, which closed on September 8, 2021 and for which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was the agent for a syndicate of lenders. The financing facilitated Tactile’s acquisition of AffloVest, a high frequency chest wall oscillation vest therapy business. Faegre Drinker represented Tactile in the transaction.
