Overview

Sarah Silveira focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring and other insolvency matters. She represents and advises debtors, creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings. 

Sarah also advises debtors on general business matters, assists them in obtaining financing, drafts complex transactional documents, and participates in sale negotiations and transactions in the course of Chapter 11 proceedings.

Prior Experience

Before law school, Sarah was a statistician for various government agencies and also previously taught math at the high school and middle school levels.
