Faegre Baker Daniels has been at the center of the business in the Rocky Mountains for more than 30 years. With more than 85 lawyers practicing in our Boulder and Denver offices, we are one of the largest law firms in the region. Denver is a hotspot for emerging tech companies, startups and web ventures, and our highly skilled corporate and intellectual property attorneys serve these markets as well as the mature institutions that finance and develop them.

Dubbed "The Mile-High City" at an altitude of 5,280 feet above sea level, it is simultaneously an active, outdoor-oriented city and a mecca of culture and art. Many Denver residents spend the frequent sunny weekends in the mountains, skiing in the winter, or hiking, climbing, kayaking, and camping in numerous parks and recreational sites. You can experience the arts in one of the many nationally recognized museums or take in a performance at the second largest performing arts center in the nation. If dinner and drinks are more your style, you’re in luck. Denver is home to a large number of unique local eateries and many restaurants in the region have on-site breweries — tours optional.
