Overview

Mindy Carson Hatcher collaborates with experienced lawyers who represent corporations, developers, investors, retailers, financial and other institutional lenders, contractors, owners, landlords, and tenants in all types of real estate matters.

Drawing from 18 years of real estate experience, Mindy performs a variety of complex paralegal work including preparing and analyzing documents for real estate transactions, conducting title proceedings and closings, and corresponding with clients, diligence service providers, and related government entities.

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Mindy was a Senior Real Estate Paralegal with Boulder County Parks & Open Space in Boulder, Colorado, where she assisted with complex real estate matters related to land conservation and open space stewardship, including acquisitions, dispositions, access, and oil and gas.
