Overview

Heather Perkins is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer who litigates complex commercial, franchise and product liability disputes in federal, state and arbitration proceedings across the country and abroad. She also counsels her clients on litigation risk management, including assessment of risk and exposure.

Heather has deep experience in franchise and distribution, trade secret and product liability matters. She advises major clients in the health care, medical device, fitness, food and beverage, manufacturing and agribusiness industries.

Heather has also successfully sought and defended against motions for preliminary injunction or other interim emergency relief on behalf of franchisor and manufacturing clients.

Heather has represented veterans seeking benefits through pro bono work with the National Veterans Legal Services Program. She also regularly volunteers for the legal clinic at the Sister Carmen Community Center and is involved in representing clients through the firm’s Medical-Legal Partnership at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
