Overview

Isaac Smith represents clients through all stages of complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has counseled clients on a wide variety of issues, including matters involving contract disputes, class actions, securities litigation, financial services litigation, trade secrets and product liability.

Isaac also advises and defends clients in prosecutions and investigations involving federal and state agencies. He has helped clients in matters involving federal and state securities laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering laws, and criminal fraud and conspiracy statutes.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Isaac was an associate at an AmLaw 100 international law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
