Overview
Connor Ray collaborates with clients to secure their intellectual property rights and build out their patent portfolios. Connor prepares and prosecutes patents across the chemical, biomedical, and mechanical industries both in the United States and globally.
Intellectual Property
Connor’s practice includes patent preparation and prosecution. Additionally, he works alongside attorneys to conduct clearance and patentability searches, as well as to create strategic plans for intellectual property protection for Fortune 500 clients.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Connor worked for an energy consulting and software company as the lead market intelligence analyst for the Midwest and Southeast power markets. He created long-term energy forecasts and guided client investments in energy generation and offtake opportunities. While at the Colorado School of Mines, Connor conducted research on solid-state electrolyte materials for battery applications.
Personal Interests
Connor enjoys hosting trivia and music bingo, hiking, traveling, and playing video games.
