Faegre Drinker Welcomes 2023 New Associate Class

Faegre Drinker is proud to announce the firm’s 2023 new associate class in multiple locations across several of the firm’s practice groups. The class includes both judicial clerks and first-year associates.

The associate class participated in an immersive development program as they started their careers with Faegre Drinker. Their first six weeks at the firm were split into two weeks of practical skills training and four weeks of practice-focused substantive training.

Associates participated in interactive programs and learned from panel discussions on various topics, including practice and technical skill proficiency, legal ethics, behavioral competencies, business aspects of a law firm, individual business development and providing excellent client service.

Mentoring is a critical component of Faegre Drinker’s development efforts. A partner advisor and associate mentor in the firm are assigned to each new associate to provide support, candid advice and guidance at each stage of the associate’s career.
