Overview

Kareem Elsheryie advises clients through a wide variety of corporate transactions, while offering guidance on remaining complaint with federal, state and local regulations. Kareem is fluent in Arabic.

Prior Experience

Kareem most recently served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker conducting research and drafting memoranda on indemnification clauses, labor and employment dispute, rights of first refusal and statutory rights for property owners. He also served as an intern in the Rutgers University Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel.  Kareem had judicial internships for the Hon. Michael B. Kaplan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and for the Hon. Michael A. Shipp in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to law school, Kareem heled sales insight roles at consumer goods companies.

Personal Interests

Kareem enjoys watching soccer and basketball, as well as spending time with his family.
