Faegre Drinker Team Represents Trystar in its Acquisition of Asentria Corporation

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ken Ludlum and Ryan Miske provided legal counsel to Trystar in its acquisition of Asentria Corporation, the leader in remote site monitoring in the telecommunications market. 

The acquisition of Asentria will provide Trystar customers with even more integrated solutions, enhancing Trystar’s monitoring and controls solutions portfolio. Asentria provides the SiteBoss site controller, an intelligent site automation platform that integrates with power, environmental, and security systems. It enables mobile network operators, data centers, and utility companies to detect and manage potential site threats and power resiliency issues.
