Emma DeLaney Strenski

Overview

Emma DeLaney Strenski counsels clients in product liability, mass torts, and commercial litigation and contract disputes.

Prior Experience

Emma joins the firm after excelling as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker. She has more than a decade of experience in various nonattorney roles at a boutique plaintiff’s litigation firm in Indianapolis. During law school, Emma also served as a full-time summer judicial extern for Judge Thomas M. Durkin of the Northern District of Illinois, researching and drafting opinions and observing court proceedings. She completed her joint degree program at Indiana University-Bloomington in December 2022 and also holds a master’s degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Prior to law school, Emma was a Fulbright student researcher, studying the history of conflict and its resolution in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Political Science.

At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Emma was an NCAA, Division 1, Big 10 scholarship student athlete in rowing.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Emma enjoys travel, Balkan food, crafting, podcasts and audiobooks, exercising, rowing, golf, Formula 1 racing, and walking her golden retriever.
