Overview

Jackie McDonnell represents automotive, pharmaceutical and technology clients nationwide in product liability disputes.

Prior Experience

Jackie served for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable James I. Cohn of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to her clerkship, Jackie worked as a summer associate at the firm, where she composed memoranda on a broad variety of product liability matters, including for multidistrict litigation.

During law school, Jackie completed an externship with the Honorable Young B. Kim of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also served as a research and teaching assistant to three civil procedure professors. She received numerous recognitions for her written and oral advocacy skills at moot court competitions.
