Your innovations are the core of your business, and our national patent litigation team has the skill and experience necessary to protect those innovations. We have a deep bench of professionals who have successfully litigated complex cases in federal courts across the country. Our technical knowledge enables us to handle sophisticated matters for diverse technologies and industries, and we employ that knowledge in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving claims of patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, licensing, and other related intellectual property matters. With your business objectives at the forefront, we develop creative solutions for each matter, which may involve obtaining an early injunction, reaching a favorable settlement, aggressively litigating, or resolving the dispute through arbitration or mediation, and often includes strategies developed in conjunction with the Faegre Drinker Design Lab. We also have unique experience at litigating fast-track cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and appellate matters before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and we help clients take advantage of the interplay between litigation and relief available in post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
