He has litigated throughout North America, Europe and Australia, and has won preliminary injunction orders, summary judgment orders, jury trials and appeals.

Kevin’s recent jury trial victories include:
- In 2024, Kevin and team won a complete defense verdict in a $100 million-plus trade secret infringement jury trial in Orange County, California. See Law360’s coverage here.

Complex Intellectual Property Matters
Kevin has experience with all manner of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement litigation, invalidity proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, trade secret litigation, trademark and copyright litigation, and IP licensing disputes. He has successfully litigated across technology areas, including medical devices, hard disk drive components, aviation equipment, food treatments and athletic equipment.
Personal Interests
Kevin is an avid outdoorsman. When he’s not working, you might find him casting a fly to a rising brown trout, waiting for a whitetail deer to walk within archery range, or hiking up a mountain in search of elk.
