Kevin has experience with all manner of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement litigation, patentability proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB), trade secret litigation, trademark and copyright litigation, and IP licensing disputes. He has successfully litigated across technology areas, including medical devices, hard disk drive components, aviation equipment, food treatments, and athletic equipment.

Kevin’s track record of success in high-stakes litigations, including multiple jury trial wins, has led clients to seek out his leadership and strategic direction in other high-value disputes, often as those disputes approach trial. As a result, Kevin has developed a breadth of experience advising clients and developing winning strategies across multiple disciplines, including antitrust, false advertising, product liability, and consumer class actions.

Personal Interests

Kevin is an avid outdoorsman. When he’s not working, you might find him casting a fly to a rising brown trout, waiting for a whitetail deer to walk within archery range, or hiking up a mountain in search of elk.
