W.L. Gore filed a patent infringement case against a competitor which involved cross-claims on numerous patents related to stent graft devices. The case settled favorably after claim construction and fact discovery. The federal case number is 3:12-cv-08067 (D. Az.). Our firm represented Gore in the litigation.
