Overview
In addition to jury trials, Chad has successfully argued appeals before the Federal Circuit and worked on IP cases in the District of Delaware, Eastern District of Texas, Eastern District of Virginia, Northern District of Illinois, Central District of California, Northern District of California, Western District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Washington and Northern District of Ohio. Chad is also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School where he teaches a class on visual advocacy.
