Global Traffic Technologies won a two-week patent infringement jury trial in the District of Minnesota involving one of the world's leading GPS-based traffic preemption technologies. The jury found that all three defendants willfully infringed Global Traffic's patent and awarded over $5 million in damages. The Court enhanced damages due to willfulness and issued an injunction.
