Zachary Wawrzyniakowski supports clients as they navigate the complexities of intellectual property matters.

Prior Experience

As a 2019 summer associate with our firm, Zach assisted clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including drafting patent application claims and conducting copyright infringement and fair use analyses. He also worked with attorneys on a multi-district products liability case. During law school, Zach served as an intellectual property extern for another Chicago-area firm, working on projects regarding nominative trademark uses, the patentability of inventions over the prior art and the copyrightability of card game characters and cards.

Personal Interests

Zach enjoys running, American history and ancient Greek literature.
