Overview

Josh DeAmicis helps clients as they protect their valuable intellectual property, particularly in patent litigation.

Before joining the firm, Josh served as a summer associate, where he worked alongside attorneys on complex intellectual property infringement, validity and licensing disputes. Josh also worked part-time during law school at the firm, where he put to use his experience in the chemical and health services fields to support the intellectual property group on cases representing a variety of different industries, including everything from bioactive grafts and composites to transportation industry software and inflatable products.

Josh has helped the intellectual property group aid clients in a variety of different jurisdictions, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, district courts in the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
