Faegre Drinker Welcomes 41 Associates to 2021 First-Year Class

Faegre Drinker is proud to announce that 41 associates joined the firm’s 2021 first-year associate class in 10 locations across 10 of the firm’s practice groups.

The associate class participated in an immersive development program as they started their careers with Faegre Drinker. Their first six weeks at the firm were committed entirely to practical skills training before beginning client work.

Associates took part in interactive programs and learned from panel discussions on a variety of topics, including practice and technical skill proficiency, legal ethics, behavioral competencies, business aspects of a law firm, individual business development and what it means to provide excellent client service.

Mentoring is a critical component of Faegre Drinker’s development efforts. A partner in the firm is assigned to each new associate to provide support, candid advice and guidance at each stage of the associate’s career.
