Josiah D. Young

Overview

Josiah Young advises clients on litigation and dispute resolution. He has prepared legal memoranda on class action requirements, Pennsylvania egg shell doctrine, consumer protection laws and product strict liability. Josiah also has prepared closing documents for securities’ offerings and drafted an argument for a reply brief for the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to law school, Josiah earned an honors degree in paralegal studies. He is certified by LexisNexis in legal research. Josiah first came to the firm as a summer associate.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Josiah enjoys East Coast swing dancing, hiking, water skiing and cooking. He has a black belt in Taekwondo.
