Federal Policy, Advocacy & Consulting

Overview

Faegre Drinker’s federal policy, advocacy, and consulting team partners with clients to navigate the increasingly complex world of the federal government — including Congress and the executive branch — to help clients achieve measurable results and advance their specific goals and objectives. The team’s more than two-dozen members bring decades of experience working on Capitol Hill and within federal departments and agencies, as well as for corporations, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations. We represent clients spanning multiple sectors with a significant focus on health care providers and plans, biosciences and public health, energy, manufacturing, and technology, as well as other heavily regulated growth sectors. Team members work in a bipartisan manner and enjoy productive relationships with offices in both the House and Senate and with officials in the executive branch ranging from top political appointees to career governmental employees. We have a proven track record of success enacting legislation into law, shaping and influencing regulations, securing federal funding, building visibility, and forming allies and partnerships.

Faegre Drinker Consulting professionals do not act as attorneys for clients. Learn more about the Faegre Drinker Consulting practice.
