Ilse Peterson, MPH

Overview
Ilse Peterson, DrPH, MPH, is a researcher and strategy consultant who manages initiatives to address scientific, clinical, and public health challenges. With nearly two decades of experience working with life sciences, health care, and tax-exempt organization clients, Ilse provides strategic guidance, program management support, and impact evaluation services to advance her clients’ goals. She has also helped establish and manage multistakeholder collaborations to advance patient-focused medical product development and clinical research conduct as well as and data-driven policy.
Ilse’s research focuses on understanding patient experiences and preferences surrounding their experiences of disease, treatment priorities, and clinical trials. Much of this research is conducted to generate regulatory-grade, fit-for-purpose data that can meaningfully inform drug and device development and evaluation. She frequently conducts research with and for patient organizations, medical product developers, and cross-sector collaborations involving both types of organizations.
