Investigations and Audits
Joshua represents plan sponsors, plan committees and fiduciaries, and financial services providers before the Internal Revenue Service and the DOL with respect to investigations and audits of retirement plan operations and investments, as well as IRS and DOL correction programs.
Joshua counsels tax-exempt and governmental employers with respect to 403(b) and 457 plans, including issues specific to governmental, hospital and church plans.
