Employment Litigation

David represents clients in employment disputes involving:
  • Noncompetition agreements
  • Trade secrets
  • Wrongful termination and discrimination claims
  • Charges before the EEOC and other administrative agencies

Employment Counseling

He also counsels on employment law, trains supervisors, advises on union avoidance, manages labor arbitrations and drafts employment agreements.

Commercial Litigation

David has experience in commercial litigation, including business torts, contract and real estate matters.
