Overview

Tarifa Laddon protects the interests of innovative manufacturers of medical devices, software, food products, pharmaceuticals, agricultural products, and various other consumer products in product liability litigation across the country. Tarifa is a seasoned trial lawyer who has tried cases for both manufacturer and retailer clients in state and federal courts from Tampa to Missouri and throughout the state of California. Tarifa has particular skill defending companies in mass torts litigation at both the trial and settlement strategy stages and against new and innovative legal arguments like platform liability.

In addition to product liability cases, Tarifa represents clients in the favorable resolution of class actions, complex commercial litigation, insurance, environmental, agribusiness, toxic tort, Proposition 65, and labor and employment disputes.

In addition to her California bar license, Tarifa is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
