Everidge Completes Combination with KPS Global

Everidge Inc., a Minnesota-based provider of commercial cold storage solutions, completed its combination with KPS Global as of July 31, 2026. Faegre Drinker represented Everidge in the transaction. KPS Global is a majority-owned company of Viessmann Generations Group and provides custom enclosure solutions for controlled environments.

Through the combination, Everidge’s owners, the Kahler family, became a significant minority shareholder in KPS Global with representation on its board of directors, with Chris, Mike, and Stephen Kahler joining the KPS Global leadership team. The combined privately held company has more than 1,700 employees and 12 plants across the US.
