Overview

Jonathan Todt represents clients in a variety of antitrust and civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on investigations and enforcement actions by the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice and state attorneys general. He has helped secure merger clearance for clients from federal regulators and defended clients’ interests in suits alleging a variety of anticompetitive conduct. He has extensive experience in the health care sector, representing a variety of hospital, provider and health technology clients. He also has worked on private antitrust litigation in the health care, technology and agricultural sectors.

Civil Litigation

Jonathan also has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, trial advocacy and appellate work. He has a robust litigation practice in the D.C. metro area and in North Carolina , focusing on real estate and business disputes.

Jonathan is an active member of the ABA Antitrust Section and has previously served as a Young Lawyer Representative on the Trial Practice Committee. He has been a contributor on prior editions of ABA’s Antitrust Law Developments and drafted monthly ABA newsletter updates of recent civil enforcement matters.

Personal Interests

Jonathan enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his four young children.
