Overview
Pat Scheiderer collaborates with clients to grow and manage their real property assets and real estate portfolios. He represents institutions, REITs, private equity investors and developers in acquiring, developing, managing and selling individual real property assets, as well as real estate portfolios with properties in many different states. He is leader of the firm's real estate group.
In addition, Pat represents landlords and tenants in a wide variety of commercial leasing transactions, including build-to-suits, ground leases and sale-leasebacks. Pat also helps clients facilitate 1031 like-kind exchanges of real property. Pat’s clients include private equity funds, developers of large shopping centers, apartment building owners and joint ventures involved in the acquisition and leasing of student housing apartment complexes.
