Overview

Molly Madden assists clients in corporate matters including corporate governance, corporate transactions, and compliance and regulation. 

Previous Experience

Molly previously served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker where she drafted documents and researched corporate, real estate, white collar, employment, constitutional and nonprofit issues arising in transactional and litigation actions. She has also served as an intern in the Marion County, Indiana Prosecutor’s Office in the Major Felonies Division. 

In the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, Office of the Solicitor General, Molly worked as an intern working to draft and cite memoranda on constitutional law issues. She has also served as a judicial extern in the Indiana Supreme Court for the Hon. Justice Christopher Goff. Molly participated in the Indiana Rural Justice Program as a judicial intern in the Putnam County, Indiana Circuit Court for the Hon. Judge Matthew Headley as well.
