Emmanuel Brown is a business litigation attorney with several years of experience representing financial services clients in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Manny has a deep understanding of FINRA regulations and enforcement actions, and he regularly writes and speaks about them. He also has several years of experience representing large investment companies as third parties in excessive-fee litigation. Manny also frequently defends large pharmaceutical and food and beverage companies in product liability matters.

Before becoming a litigator, Manny worked in Faegre Drinker's corporate and securities group for two years on matters related to finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has a robust pro bono practice, where he has represented individuals in matters related to family law, prisoners' civil rights and racial profiling.
