Forbes Names Scott Kosnoff to Inaugural America’s Top Lawyers for AI

Insurance partner and leader of Faegre Drinker’s AI-X team Scott Kosnoff was named one of America’s Top Lawyers for AI by Forbes. Kosnoff was one of 22 attorneys ranked in the “Advisory” category.

Forbes noted the award recognizes lawyers at the intersection of artificial intelligence and law who have built consequential practices across the spectrum of AI-related legal work. Honorees underwent a multi-stage evaluation, which included nominations, peer recommendations, and editorial review.

Kosnoff advises clients on the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding AI, with a particular focus on the insurance industry. His work includes helping organizations develop AI governance and risk management frameworks and navigate emerging regulatory requirements.
