DS Services of America Acquires Mountain Valley Spring Company

DS Services of America Inc., a subsidiary of Primo Water Corporation (previously known as Cott Corporation) and a leading producer and distributor of bottled water and water filtration coolers, acquired all of the outstanding equity of Mountain Valley Spring Company, a fast-growing American brand of spring and sparkling water and a leader in the home and office distribution segment of the water delivery market. Our firm represented Primo and DS Services in the transaction.
