Kate Sorensen Razavi partners with clients in all phases of intellectual property litigation, including jury trials and appeals.

Intellectual Property Litigation

Kate works with complex technology across industries, with a focus on making complicated things simple. Her litigation experience has included pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer hardware and software, online systems, database technology, manufacturing systems, consumer products, financial services, commercial adhesives, automotive aftermarket technology, GPS systems, and other areas. Kate focuses on patent litigation, and also works with clients on general IP and business matters.

Legal Design

Kate leads the firm’s partnership with the Legal Design Lab at Stanford Law School, an initiative that uses design principles to solve legal problems. She is an emerging leader on visual advocacy and design thinking, and offers legal design services to FaegreBD firm clients in intellectual property matters and other areas.
