Patent Infringement Win Noted in Twin Cities Business

Twin Cities Business magazine covered a recent trial win in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in which Faegre Baker Daniels represented Global Traffic Technologies (GTT). The jury found that each of the defendants had willfully infringed GTT's GPS-based traffic pre-emption technology patent, and awarded more than $5 million in damages to GTT.

A team of Faegre Baker Daniels intellectual property litigation lawyers assisted in securing the favorable verdict for GTT after an eight-day trial and more than 25 witnesses.
