Keith P. Radtke

Partner & Chief Practice Officer

Overview

Keith Radtke serves as Faegre Drinker’s chief practice officer. Keith and our practice group management team support all the firm’s practice groups, including litigation, transactional and regulatory teams, while further advancing Faegre Drinker’s strategic goals and client focus.

Practice Group Management

Many years of experience as a firm partner, a practice group leader and the strategic initiatives oversight partner prepared Keith well for his role as Faegre Drinker’s first chief practice officer, with a deep understanding of firm strategy and priorities and the needs of the practice groups. In this role, Keith works with the executive leadership team and practice group leaders to support performance, growth and collaboration across all of the firm’s practice groups. 

Corporate Law

Keith’s legal practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial transactions and general corporate counseling. He is a former co-leader of Faegre Drinker's corporate group. 

Mergers & Acquisitions

Keith represents buyers, sellers and institutional investors in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, strategic investments, and joint ventures. He also represents owners of privately held companies in selling their businesses.

Private Equity

Keith represents many of the leading private equity firms in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. His experience includes spearheading the overall transaction process, negotiating the acquisition-related aspects, and structuring and negotiating equity arrangements.

Corporate Counseling

Keith represents privately held companies, portfolio companies of private equity firms and other emerging private companies in connection with corporate governance matters, key contracts and other corporate matters. He also acts as outside counsel to privately held companies, helping them analyze and solve day-to-day legal issues.

Investment Banking Background

From 1999 through 2001, Keith worked as an investment banker in U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray's technology mergers and acquisitions group.
