Overview
Stacie Lamb counsels a variety of clients in the financial services industry, including investment advisers and investment companies. Stacie advises on various fund types and structures, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and open-end and closed-end funds, as well as their advisers and independent trustees.
Prior to joining the firm, Stacie was counsel for an investment management firm working with a large complex of ETFs. She also previously worked as vice president for a subsidiary of a global banking institution, where she worked with legal and regulatory matters involving ETFs and mutual funds.
